Shipping and Handling Policy

All items are shipped USPS for all books. All other items/products are shipped using UPS or FEDEX  shipping  (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 48 hours of your purchase.  In the event an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you.  We do not ship over the weekend.  Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any nused merchandise to Solar Powered Ideas with 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final.. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Products being returned must be in NEW condition  and in the original factory packaging.  Products have a restocking fee of 15% and will require the purchaser to ship the items to Solar Powered Ideas at the customers' expense.  Solar Powered Ideas will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.  If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied.  Please call 518-947-6739 or email us at: http://www.support@solarpoweredideas.com to process a return.

Cancellation Policy

Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
